Technical Data Related to Website Visits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you visit our website, limited technical data (IP address, browser information, date and time of access) may be automatically processed within the scope of server logs for the purpose of ensuring website security and operating our systems. This data is retained solely for technical purposes and is deleted after 15 days. No cookies are used on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Third-Party Service Providers and Transfer of Data Abroad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC (Project Shield) is utilized for the purpose of website security and performance. Our website also operates on a hosting service provider based abroad. Within the scope of these services, the aforementioned companies act as data processors with respect to technical data and have limited access solely for the purpose of providing the service. The transfer of technical data abroad is carried out with the necessary safeguards in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Personal Data Shared via Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you contact us via the e-mail address on our website (<a href=\"mailto:iletisim@ifade.org.tr\">iletisim@ifade.org.tr<\/a>), the personal data you share may be processed for the purposes of evaluating your request and communicating with you, in accordance with subparagraphs (\u00e7) and (f) of Article 5(2) of Law No. 6698. Such data will not be shared with third parties except as permitted by the relevant legislation; however, it may be transferred to authorized institutions and organizations within the scope of legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Capacity Development Programs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During applications to capacity development programs organized by \u0130F\u00d6D, personal data such as name-surname, e-mail address, phone number, and similar information may be collected. Detailed information regarding the processing of this data is provided through the privacy notice available on the application page for the relevant program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Social Media Platforms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130F\u00d6D operates through corporate accounts on social media platforms such as X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Mastodon, and Bluesky. In the event of interaction with our Association via these platforms, the respective platform&#8217;s own privacy policies and data processing terms apply. \u0130F\u00d6D has no control over data processing activities on these platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Statement Regarding EngelliWeb Activities and Publications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Freedom of Expression Association compiles, classifies, publishes, and archives court decisions, administrative decisions, access-blocking practices, publicly available news and content, and links related thereto, within the scope of the EngelliWeb project and its reports, books, and other publications. These activities are carried out for the purposes of monitoring and documenting developments related to internet censorship and access restrictions, contributing to public debate, research and advocacy, and the preservation of digital memory. The information processed within this scope is primarily obtained from publicly available sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These activities are carried out in the capacity of a public watchdog and for the purposes of scientific reporting and archiving, in accordance with the principles of freedom of expression and press freedom guaranteed under Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights and Article 26 of the Constitution, the provisions of Law No. 6698 regarding the processing of data for purposes of freedom of expression and scientific purposes, and the obligations arising from relevant legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.
