The program was carried out with 7<\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">0 young lawyers from 27 different cities<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"> in order to raise their awareness on the internet and freedom of expression and to improve their legal skills in these fields. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-US\">At the end of the September 2020 program session, an online panel entitled \u201cConflicting Rights on Social Media: Defamation, Threats and Freedom of Expression\u201d was organized and moderated by Yaman Akdeniz. The panelists were Nev\u015fin Meng\u00fc (Journalist), Burcu Karaka\u015f (Journalist) and Milena B\u00fcy\u00fcm (Amnesty International) who experienced defamation and threats many times due to their ideas, speeches, posts, gender and so forth on social media.
