Halk TV covered the access block targeting Ekrem İmamoğlu’s Presidential Candidate Office X account, drawing on EngelliWeb announcements.
The November 2025 broadcast reported that access to the account, which had 335,000 followers, had been blocked under Article 8/A of Law No. 5651 on the grounds of “protecting national security and public order”. At the time of the broadcast, X had not yet withheld the account from view in Türkiye.
